Build Guide

M700 Carbon - The ideal weapon for this build, a Custom M44 is next best if you do not have a good Carbon.

I run these talents because if you do get a kill/finish off anothers, you get insane damage boost from Deadly & Disciplined and any CHD mods you have on, making it more likely to chain kills together.

For pure damage you could run Brutal-Prepared-Elevated, although Brutal isn't worth it in my opinion. Rolling off Elevated for Destructive is also viable, same as running one of your talents as Balanced for quickscopes.  

Secondary - Obviously The House is the ideal candidate here because it is simple the best SMG in the game. MP5/LWM4/LVOA are also good candidates, if you are using of those I would say you ideally want Responsive-Deadly-Competent/Unforgiving  as it is for when you are getting upclose and personal. Another choice if to use a Determined/Sustained  free slot weapon to get back Skills/Health

Skill Haste - My choice as I like to get my skills back ASAP to Pulse/Heal up, medkits are finite and if you manage to survive a few encounters you will be needing another healing option.

CHC - You can also stack this on mods/gear attributes if you wish, I prefer to go for something definite like Skill Haste rather than the possibility of hitting a crit.
