The idea behind this build is to stack as much multiplicative damage as possible and still have a decent amount of toughness. This build is not meant for solo play. As a high DPS build, a healer in the group is essential, but the results are devastating.
The Classified Lone Star is a beast when we talk about burst damage. The bonus from the 3pc and 5pc are ridiculous: 20% LMG Damage (and 12% LMG Damage from the gloves, this is a total of 32% LMG Damage natively, LMGs have a higher headshot damage as well). We also have 22% Out of Cover Damage natively from the LMG, 37% Enemy Armor Damage from Destructive and gear and a crazy amount of 58% Damage To Elites. As if this wasn't enough, when the 6pc procs, it gives you 30% Damage and Rate of Fire! Remember, all of these damage bonuses are multiplicative, so the damage throughput is absurd!
The guns for this build are a twin pair of MG5/Infantry MG5. They are super stable and have a very good accuracy, but with Accurate they become a laser canon (believe me)! For the sidearm, a Double Barrel just for some situations, confirming kills can give you more sustain in battles with Sustained and Predatory.
The skills actually are very arbitrary. For my gameplay, I often use a flashbang sitck bomb for CC and a Life Suport Suport Station because I have a super low Skill Power and the box gives me and the players inside the radius 33% of our health independent of my Skill Power.
The talents are very normal: Critical Save, Combat Medic, On the Move. The only exception here is Stopping Power. You'll see this talent is very usefull in some scenarios and supressing certain enemies will start to become a more strategic play.
