Sure, this is more oriented to the PVP with the exo damage resilience. Although, you do shit tons of DPS in PVE aswell. If you want to go full PVE, just reroll exo damage resilience to enemy armor damage. 

This is what im using personally. I melt both in PVP and PVE. Usually I use 2x M4's instead of House. Thats a personal preference.
