The basis behind this build is maintaining a well-rounded Firearms/Stamina Distribution that you can carry between all modes of PvP (Dark Zone, Last Stand, Skirmish) without the need to modify your gear depending on the activity.
Your maximum possible stats are going to be 6688 Firearms, 6549 Stamina, and 2961 Electronics.Your Normalized stats are going to be 6096 Firearms, 6033 Stamina, and 2832 Electronics.
This will let you maintain all of the weapon talent unlocks, while still reaching your 6k Stamina breakpoint on the Striker 6pc healing bonus.
The Primary weapon is selected as an LWM4, but this can be swapped for an LVOA-C based on your own personal preferences.The Secondary weapon chosen is the Bullfrog, this has been modded with HSD modifiers, the idea behind the gameplay is that you do your primary stack building, and damage with the LWM4, and then when your clip has been emptied, you swap over to your bullfrog to finish the target off. The stacked HSD modifiers, as well as the Bullfrog's innate rate of fire, combined with it's raw damage output makes it an amazing gun to finish the job.
Stability mods have been selected in favor of CHD mods for the grip, because combined with Strikers set bonus of stability, it makes your guns insanely easy to control, at a very minimal damage loss. (in the end, more bullets on target > more damage per bullet).
The alternative version of this build is replacing your CHC mods with EDR versions, and re-rolling the CHC on your Mask to EDR, and the CHD on your Kneepads to EDR. Using EDR in these places will allow you to fight against Predator's Mark players much easier than if you were speccing for 100% pure damage output.
This has been tested, and EDR is a direct percentage reduction to the PM bleed. A bleed that would normally tick on you for 100k, with max EDR will only tick for 57k. If you don't have EDR mods, you can still run the CHC mods, which will give you 30% EDR, knocking the 100k bleed down to 70k. Yes the bleed is still strong, but this drastically reduces the damage it can do, and makes it much more manageable in combat.
For solo play, I advise running with the EDR variant, or swapping the CHD on your Kneepads to Health. If your CHD is over 100%, you can run Health on both kneepads and backpack.
The Damascus is selected as your sidearm because you can unlock coolheaded with even the lowest of Electronics rolls. This should be used to get your Signature skill back by headshotting NPC's between engagements.
Alternatively you can use a Sawed-Off shotgun with 1st/2nd slot Predatory, and third Determined.
Immune Station with the current state of the game is a must. It provides a flat 33% heal through the Master Mod, and if you get bled by a PM player, the immune station will cleanse the bleed.
Booster Shot is the only skill that you can play around with, and can be swapped to whatever is needed for the fight (Shock Turret, Flame Turret, Scrambler Pulse, Tactical Pulse, Disruptor Sticky, just about any other skill you want to run, or your group needs you to run).
Signature by default should be Recovery link, unless your group requests you to run something else.
If you are running solo, you can replace Combat Medic with something like Tactical Advance, or One is None, the rest of the talents are pretty much your staple PvP talents for a Striker.
