Some changes to the original build:

Talents:

  • Swapped out Combat Medic, with Evasive Action in order to synergize with Tactical Advance.
  • Swapped out On The Move with Precision as you won't be shooting while moving and will allow the Critical Hit Damage bonuses to proc.

Weapon Mods: 

  • Put all Critical Hit Damage mods into main weapon wherever possible to synergize with Disciplined.
  • Put Headshot Damage mods into secondary weapon wherever possible to synergize with Brutal.
  • Put Small Grip on both weapons to increase Reload Speed.
  • Put Optimal Range on mods wherever possible to maximize damage at long-range.

Holster: Swapped out Critical Hit Change with Reload Speed.

M: Ignore the double-barreled shotgun at it's from his PVP build. Replace with whichever sidearm you prefer.
