This build is mostly for aggressive party play, but works solo as well.

Goal:

9K Stamina

3.9K Firearms to unlock weapon talents

120K Skill power for maximum health on shield

Customisation:

Optional rolls: Chest(HP or HoK), Kneepads - resistance of your choice

for more Firearms, but less DtE (damage to elites), roll 1 item with FA, gear mods will be all 5x 267 Stamina

more tanky: 4x riotshield resistance (instead of damage performance mods) 

for more sustain(solo play mostly): roll HoK (health on kill) on either or all of chest, gloves, 

Weapons:

Primary for DPS, you can change one talent for some healing etc. also Destructive should be tiny bit better than Deadly.

Secondary: healing weapon, sustained can heal for around 10 000 HP/S on elite enemies

Pistol: 204 GS, not 256 , coolheaded reduce CD of signature skills, other talent anything you want.
