The absolute requirement is to get 9k stamina, once this is achieved, any other rolls go to firearms.
For the pistol (sidearm), ensure you have a 'specialized' (blue coloured) pistol. This drops the requirements of coolheaded for firearms and electronics down to 1155 each, which is easily attainable with this build. The coolheaded talent is very handy in PvP where there are 1v1s or organised PvP matches. When coolheaded is active, landing a headshot on an enemy can reduce skill cooldowns by 7.5% each headshot. However, this ability only works every 3 or 4 seconds, so don't go emptying a clip into someone in the space of a few seconds, just 1 bullet every few seconds is enough to get the skills back quicker. If this talent is of no use or interest to you, then just run a double barrel sawed off, with predatory, sustained and competent. This is also the best choice for general PvP, where it is to the death, as the heals and skill cooldowns when you finish off a player with this weapon is very handy.
The way I like to run this build for PvP is pop booster, pulse and then shoot the target with my house, ensuring im within the optimal range of the gun for maximum damage, and therefore higher bleed damage. If the target is further away, I switch to the Lightweight M4 and do the same.
If you run this build in the DZ as your main build, generally you would swap to immunizer box and scrambler/conceal pulse, which is a pretty standard DZ setup, but that depends on your play style and preferences.
If you come up against another pred, i definitely recommend swapping to immune box and booster shot. You can pop booster at the start of the fight, but wait until you are on bleed before dropping immune box, which cancels their bleed. You can be put back on bleed, so i would pop the box if you are at relatively high health, and the next time you are placed on bleed, use a medkit.
