For those that like healing and explosions i guess.You can change the mods based on your liking,if you feel you need more skills haste just use electronics with 3% skill haste or for damage electronics with 3% or 4%(if you are lucky to have) damage to elites,etc.

Barret vest would do more then the nomad vest anyway.

Backpacks,you can swap between Inventive(extra Skillpower while at full health,thats why you want at least 3p nomad) or Relentless(return healing from damage done by your skills) if you want even more heal. 

If you want to over do it,get Predatory on the weapon.

Not to bad i guess,if you play solo.
